If the battery chemistry you need is not listed, feel free to contact us. Our connections with cell manufacturers may enable us to assist you.
Our team has the expertise to build custom battery packs for any application, whether it is a handheld device or a larger industrial application.
We offer a wide range of capacities and voltages, and can also build packs in parallel and series if even greater power is required. You can find more information about our available cells in our resource database. We can customise packs to fit any configuration required for your application. We have a selection of common configurations for cylindrical shaped cells available in our resource database.
If you cannot find cells that fit your specifications or the configuration you need, please contact us, and one of our experts will discuss further options with you to meet your specific requirements.
We can provide one-off prototypes or short runs for testing purposes, allowing you to evaluate the battery pack's performance in a real-world environment before committing to a full production run.
We also use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create a visual representation of your battery pack based on your exact specifications. This ensures that the prototype you receive is tailored to your project's specific requirements.
We have no restrictions on the quantity of standard packs that can be assembled using our stocked LiPo, Li-Ion, LiFePO4, and NiMH cells.
However, for packs that require additional customisation or a chemistry that we do not stock as standard, there may be a minimum order quantity (MOQ), which will differ from project to project.
For further details, please contact us.
The turnaround time for the production of your battery packs will vary depending on the project's scope and scale. For standard packs made from our stocked cells, we aim to complete assembly within 1-2 weeks, subject to cell availability.
However, non-standard packs that require further customisation and cells not stocked by us will have a longer turnaround time. During the initial consultation, we will discuss your timescale requirements and aim to meet them.
Once the production and testing are complete, your packs will be shipped to you using a next-day delivery tracked service.
Shipping restrictions prevent us from shipping battery packs assembled at our UK-based warehouse internationally.
However, we have established connections with overseas factories that may allow us to arrange for international shipments for certain orders (subject to MOQ).
